Did you get an email from Ford when your order was scheduled for production? There should be a track my order button on it which will populate your order # and VIN.

it was a dealer ordered one so no emails that I am aware of

Looks like I got my modules but no tear tag yet - 8/31 blend date

edit: now have my tear tag. How can I view delivery stuff if I dont have an order number? Is that reaching out to the dealer?

Best way to track is calling ford. Thats what i did

Called Ford today to get my railcar # and he told me they no longer give that info out.

I was told that also when I called but did the Ford chat and they provided it to me.

Could someone link the # to call to check on any possible credits on the order? I don’t think mine will have qualified but Ive seen other 2023 order holders posting that they randomly had one when they called.

Just did ford chat - they would not give me an order number, but they confirmed it has been shipped and is in transit and even gave me the railcar number. Estimated delivery of 9/26 which seems like an absurdly long time to cross 700 miles from MI to MA.

Just got my tear tag. Used Ford chat and get an estimated delivery date of 9/23. I’m in NJ. Order flipped to confirmed as well.

I assume you reserved one previously that you didn’t get delivered?
