That Stripe is very cool! I wish someone would make them in chrome with a black center to mimic the 1G trim piece.

Added some stripes. I know it added at least 5 hp.

Agree, stripes and carbon fiber fender flares have to add extra HP's

Maybe true, but it's easy to swap back and forth and put the regular top back on....so it's more feasible than it may seem to the average buyer.

The issue is the roll cage that you cut out.... I know you are creating a "bolt back in" roll cage... but with todays litigious society that is a very tall risk you are asking Ford to carry. I do not blame Ford, I blame our sue at the drop of a hat... nothing is my fault it is always someone else's... society.

Well an unclaimed basic Big Bend showed up at dealer with all my “must haves” (2dr, v6, Sasquatch) plus tow in a color I and the wife can live with so I gave up waiting for my two other orders and bought it…bird in the hand…took a little 600 mile break-in road trip to the mountains. It is comfortable enough, handles well enough and has adequate power for what it is (pretty impressive package actually). Got bumpers, sliders, skids plus a few goodies ordered (winch, lights, lift & 37s still on list).

Congratulations you old hippie, its been a long time coming. Love seeing the boardwalk in the back ground. Fond memories from my youth. Looking forward as you progress on this new journey in life. I love the color.
