Homemade rack for my doors.. Looks rough but there’s enough PVC cement in all the connections to outlive the house. Too cheap to spend what they’re asking for a real one so went to Lowe’s with $65 and went this way. In case anyone else wants to create cheap sturdy junk: 30’ of 450psi 1” PVC, 5x 1” pipe insulators, 14 elbows and 10 T’s. Less if you have a ”real Bronco” with an appropriate amount of doors. If you have a nice floor I’ve seen people mount them to a dolly/crawler. I don’t have enough useable wall space to get all 4 up there conveniently or I’d have preferred that as it takes up less space but this will work for now

There aren’t a lot of places to off-road around here, but I had some fun on the Tug Hill Plateau Friday evening. Mostly unmaintained gravel and rocky roads that are snowmobile trails in the winter.
Put some dirt on her…

Safelite replaced my windshield. They were required to use OEM Ford windshield to guarantee their work (so I still have the Bronco in the lower driver side). The only pain was that I had to remove my A-pillar ditch lights to give them access. They also calibrated the camera that sits behind the windshield next to the mirror.

OEM Ford windshield cost is $590.71, if anyone was wondering.
Labor was $368.32.

I do have full glass coverage in my insurance, so $0 out of pocket. Will keep an eye on my premiums though.

Eibach Pro 2.0s @ 2.5” front 1.5” rear, Everglades wheels, BFG 37” KM3’s.

Installed by Jason’s Performance in Telford, PA.

The KM3’s are quieter than the SASQ stock tires and the Eibach’s eliminated the nose dive on braking.

Extremely happy with the results

This looks incredible.

I finally "fine tuned" my lift. Since installing the Eibach springs the rear has settled quite a bit, plus I towed a trailer to Moab and back. It pulled it ok, but felt like I was staring at my hood the whole time. Rather than just add some spacers, I cannibalized a Rough Country 2" lift kit using just the parts i needed. Used only the rear spacers, brake line brackets, and panhard relocate bracket to lift the rear. It's back to having a slight rake, but w/a trailer it will be level. Panhard angle is perfect now...was giving me that sideways scoot feeling on really hard bumps...nothing I couldn't live with, but now its good again. Also added the diff drop from the kit...wasn't having any issues, but can't hurt! Was gonna do this after axle swap, but it keeps getting pushed back, so I might just cancel it.

Can you tell me about the panhard relocation kit? I did Eibach’s and 37’s and there is definitely a more noticeable rear sideways hop over bumps or road heaves. It would be nice to tame it down a little.

It was part of the 2" lift kit that I used to get all these parts. If you call RC they may sell you just that bracket (they usually will do that), but I wanted the diff drop and rear spacers too, si I just ordered a whole kit.
