I've been going round and round with my dealer on price protection. We've spent hours on the phone with Ford. I've been told all along price protection would apply to my reservation and now that I'm close to delivery Ford seems to have amnesia.

Here's my story:

• I secured a reservation for a Wildtrak on July 14, 2020
• My dealer converted my reservation to an order on October 6, 2022 for a 2DR HE MT
• Order was confirmed by Ford on October 7, 2022.
• Bronco was schedule for production January 19, 2023 and since then i've received more than a dozen date changes.

Does anyone have any advice on how to get my price protection certificate to show up on Smart Vincent?

Here's a couple good links I've found while digging. Thought I'd share since some folks are getting close to taking delivery.

Who is the dealer? My order is at Chapman in Horsham, PA. Seeing PA in your profile...

The acquisition fee is for leasing. If you change the tab to finance, it goes away.

A very subtle detail and one of my favorite things about the 2 door HE. No other Bronco has it.

Love that brown leather. I find it interesting that there aren't a lot of people in this thread excited about or are currently waiting for their dealers allocation for a limited in Yellowstone Metallic or Peak Blue Metallic. Maybe they havent found this thread yet. I'm not a fan of Robin's Egg Blue but can't wait to see the other Limited colors get produced in the future. Yellowstone Metallic can't be far behind. Nice video!

My dealer is Chapman and my reservation was missing from Smart Vincent. They contacted the rep and they were able to add the certificate to my reservation/acount. Now, applying it to your Heritage seems to be another issue. The system is telling the dealer that the certificate is not available to use on the Heritage.

My dealer is telling me that I don't qualify for price protection because I only had a reservation until I placed an order in October 2022.
