Be warned, none of these take extra weight into account. They are designed for stock broncos and many of them advertise their lift height based on Non-Sasquach.

Build your WT rig as an overland and these may just barley get you back to stock ride height.
The lift height measurements that we included are over Sasquatch

Off road newbie here, I can run RPG perch collars to fits 37s with no rubbing and still retain the stock geometry?
For 37s, I would go with one of the 3” kits like icon or readylift. 37s will fit on the rpg collars but there’s not much clearance and it’s very possible to rub. The top hat spacer on the other kits allows for a longer compressed length, meaning at full tuck, your tire won’t crunch your fenders

with 6112 on badlands SAS, are there anticipation of other changes needed to correct geometries, or weak points on others systems
At max ride height i would recommend new UCAs if you plan to really push it hard off-road. Otherwise you should be alright with the factory components

Thank you, will take that into consideration for my build👍
Simply increase the ride height adjustment for when you’re loaded up with gear! Our lift heigh measurements are specific to Sasquatch. Yes, if you are loaded up, your max height will not quite be the same as our measurements but they certainly won’t put you below your current ride height

I agree 100% with the replies regarding added weight.

4dr Badlands 2.7, factory capable bumper, no winch, 37's
Eibach 2.0 coilovers
The front dropped almost 2 inches after a few weeks

I swapped the front springs out to 550 springs.
Sits perfect now and drives great.
Eibach didn't recommend using the 650 springs up front but there are some here that have and like them.

For me, the threaded adjustment on the Eibach is nice.
Ride quality is much nicer than stock sasquatch
They advertise 2.2” lift in the front with the 2.7 SAS and you dropped 2” from that? I plan to run 37” too and that worries me. I wonder if they should be using the 550 springs to begin with. How much lift do have now?

My buddy that took these shocks out to Baja used the eibachs with a body lift to fit 37s. You could always do that or even check out ARB Old man Emu shocks. ARB is a big name in overlanding

Almost
Was actually 1.75

Seems like the 2drs don't drop like the 4drs.
There's been several others that have encountered the front dropping on a 4dr.
Most have swapped to the 550 or 650 and it solves the issue.

There's many threads on here where people have commented on the eibach 2.0 coilover front springs being weak on the 4dr

I don't run with a lot of added weight.

Thanks for the advice! Once my stock SAS components wear out that’s what I’ll go with

I second the SVC's as they do not level the vehicle but the collars are all the same size. I don't like level kits because I carry a good amount of tools and gear and don't like the rear to sag.

Thanks. I’m going to look into this a little more. I want to be sure I can clear 37’s OK with the Eibach Coilovers. I bought them already so want to swap springs before install if needed.

That’s the perfect use for svc! I personally don’t haul much gear besides my standard off-road bags so I am one of guys that need the level look!

Cool, thank you for the feedback, looking for a 2" lift, 4dr 2.7L, non-sas OBX (to accomodate my 35's and/well it just looks better), however, if the overlanding bug really bites, would like to be able to raise it a bit for the extra weight. Not planning on a winch (just upgrading to the OEM Mod bumper with lights). I'm solo so my gear won't be overly heavy, and will have my MTB/KUAT rack hanging off the back...Was about to pull trigger on the FP Coilovers (warrany is tempting) but not adjustable.
