No street cred? Please check out my Instagram @weekends.waypoints and other YouTube videos. I wheel and travel with my Bronco weekly. I’ve also tested the bushing my sending by Bronco airborne. If I don’t use my Bronco I can’t imagine what someone that does would look like!

Street cred for the flying Bronco but note that per Ford the rack shaft needs to be held in place whilst removing or installing the tie rod to prevent damage and there is a torque spec for the tie rod for both ends (and the jam nut)...I used a crescent wrench to hold the shaft and crow foot wrenches at a 90 degree angle to torque the tie rod at both ends. Additionally you can buy the proper Oetiker clamps for about 60 cents each (McMaster Carr) and they are much better fitting than a hose clamp.

Back in 2020 there was no way to "do your research" with some of the asshats that would come in here and say they knew everything about the Bronco. The only way to "verify" was to give them the third degree and bust some balls. If they would past that test then, and only then, would you give them some credit. 😁

This is correct. I should have specified to check specs. I tend to just use best judgment on when I think it’s tight. Hopefully that doesn’t bite me one day.

I feel like I should know at least one of these internet video people but I don't.
Oh well.
I normally wouldn't either but Derick (Blanco) is in our local Bronco club. I'm in a few of his videos for those wanting to catch a glimpse of Dick.

They take to much time filming, you would drive right by them and be like wtf are they doing.

I didn't realize it was him till I saw a stock looking rig try and follow me.

@Rick Astley does. He is always talking about how length is better than width.
