It's great to see Granger delivering vehicles to y'all who have waited soooo long. July 17, 2020 reservation holder here. I was elated to see my Bronco (Badlands/SAS/MIC/LUX/2.7) go into production on April 11. But now ... on May 16, it's still stuck in production in the Ford web tracker. I've called Ford four times and just get an acknowledgement that the vehicle is out of production somewhere at the Michigan Plant. Ford tells me to call Granger. I talk to Samantha and they have a little more visibility but it's still at the plant. Nobody knows why or when it will be released. It must be a missing chip? But eff me! C'mon! SOMEBODY must know, right?

Anyone else in purgatory after waiting for nearly 3 f'ing years??????

If you look at my signature, I’ve been bumped every couple of weeks since originally being scheduled for 4/3. Hopefully, still this summer! Ok, maybe this fall!

Well, it's good to have friends. Sorry man. That's might be even more eff'ed up than my situation. I'm tempted to arrive at the Michigan Plant and ask to drive my vehicle away. Anybody ever do that???

In all fairness, being an October Granger reservation, I was surprised even to get a vin in January. Little did I know we’d be strung along for 3 months. Maybe we haven’t even made it to purgatory yet!

I’m sure that neither the dealership or Ford customer service has the proper resources to give you any more info. But, having spent my career in a manufacturing facility, I can assure you that the plant inventory control system “knows“ why. But it’s not likely that anyone with access to that info is going to give it to you, even if you could identify such a person. I do feel your pain - I was “in production” for a couple of weeks and it felt like forever. Hang in there….

I've been at Granger for 5 days. I haven't heard anything, but I also realize they've just been ambushed with loads of Broncos. So, I wait patiently for the phone call/email starting the process to pickup. I'll be flying in using reward travel, so I'll be looking at flights within a 10 day window. We'll see how it goes. 🤷‍♂️
i have been trying to get a call back since Thursday … I wanted to book my flight for this Saturday pickup … so far I’ve left 3 voicemails with no response & was allegedly added to a ”call back list” … still nothing …. I don’t want to ride my bike to work another week .🙈🙈🙈

Just updated to show at Granger via the tracker for me! Nothing from the dealership yet, though.
@gutshot are you saying it took 5 days for Granger to contact you saying it was ready to be picked up from the time the tracker reflected Final Prep?
Thanks in advance.
I got the call today, ready to pickup. Arrived at Granger 5 days ago.

Granger has been a phones off company here recently, it was stated by Zach on a thread somewhere. Email is the only way to contact them and they have been fairly quick to respond.

Emails not returned after providing PP info , ford showed truck there… Samantha replied , not financing, so I called… I guess ppl are out sick from what I was told on phone today. left a voicemail. … atleast I don’t feel left out , seeing a few more ppl waiting like myself.

I understand how frustrating it can be. I haven’t contacted them at all, but i don’t have any pressure to get this thing or get it ASAP either. Tough to stay patient and wait for that email/phone call, but I think it’s best in this situation.

I agree … it’s close to pulling teeth to get days off work for me right now. I had 2 coming up this week.. just trying to see about those 2 days or not ,… getting days off during factory peak season is almost as hard as getting a bronco from ford 🙃 .. I can wait and reschedule days , just fishing for a reply about those 2 days specifically at the moment . .. in addition I’d rather drive a bronco to work than ride my bike another week 😂 … sold my car , seemed like good timing at the moment.
