Installed over the weekend, very happy with the drivers side. The passenger side is better but not as significant as the driver. A clip snapped off on the inner ring passenger even though I gently clicked it in. I don't think it'll be an issue but I might reach out to Suma and verify

Yeah I did, they said if it was just one tab it should be fine. Still no issue with mine

I just opened the package a year and a half after receiving it because I finally got the car. There’s no instruction manual and the item listing page only shows how to pop the mirror off. How do I remove the BLIS connector??

Nvm this was easier than I thought. These plastic retainers flap so you’re supposed to push it to the sides.

Another issue, freaking defroster pins on the replacement mirror are a lot thinner than the OEM, so the connectors don’t stay in place nor are long enough to even make the mirror sit in the place. WTF??

I was the #4 order placer when they first launched this product, so I have the very first batch of the manufacturer's defective product. Nothing was sent to the shipping address afterward either so I just gave them a DM.
