Zone 3". It works great with the 0 offset. No rub at all. The Zone actually lifts the front 3" and rear 2" to level out and remove rake.
I'm looking at a tire that sized at 35.4x12.8 r 20 tire with a 1mm offset with a factory sas suspension do you think that would fit without any kind of lift with minimal rub. I don't off road so not really concerned about that.

I'm sure it was just a typo by @FatRat250. He was replying to @BoomSoonG who mentioned ordering the KM3's.

You're right, though. If the KO3's are ever released, they definitely won't be muds, but I bet they'll do pretty well in it. I'm on my 8th set of KO2's and have been impressed with their mud performance compared to the KO's. Those things would get stuck on wet grass!😄
It was a typo - oopsie.

I am not an expert by any means but I think it would fit fine. The tire size is very close to stock and the 1mm offset should work. Keep in mind, my rig is equiped with SAS package. Before I spent money, I would speak with a good 4X4/offroad shop.

Damn QWOMTY keyboards, why do they still sell those? :ROFLMAO:

I would welcome KO3's if/when they become available; if the KO2->3 step-up is even half what the KO->2 was that would be something. At the rate my BL build date keeps getting pushed back maybe their availability timelines will intersect, LOL.

I intend to drive the rubber off the stock KO2's and hope the 3's are out when it's time to retread - and by then I'll also know if I'm sticking with 33's or moving to something else.
I hope you get your BL sooner than the KO3 release date! You’re gonna love it!

LOL, yeah, me too. Not complaining, not since I got that scheduling email back in January for a 3/10 build . . . then 3/17 . . . then 3/24. Having a date, however fluid, is 9 million percent better than the waiting to be picked was (since 7/2020). I'm probably one of the very few that finds the stock BL wheel to be good looking (esp. vs the SQ wheels except for the Everglades) so I won't be in any hurry for a wheel swap. That said, if I WAS, those Fifteen52 Analog's in white would be the ticket!

With a 20" rim, I'm betting it's 9" or wider? In that case with 1mm offset, it's likely to rub on the back of the front inner fenders while turning, regardless of how much lift you have.

If it does, you could add the JKS Max tire clearance kit to resolve it.

I really appreciate all the responses and suggestions. Unfortunately, I think I waited too late in the process to ask questions and my Ford dealer kept pushing the KM3’s in response to my questions/concerns about needing mud tires. I’m assuming they did so because they had already ordered them. Chalk it up to a lesson learned and I will not be using them again for any more upgrades.

I ended up with a 2” ReadyLift with the 295/70R18 BFG KM3 MT, and they did remove the crash bars.

The tires are definitely noisy on the highway, but nothing the radio volume dial can’t fix and I definitely love the look. Figure I might as well make use of the MT’s since they’re on and head to the ranch this weekend to play in the sand.

I think they look great! We've got the KM3's on our BB and the noise isn't terrible, but they are louder than the stock Goodyears were. The way I see it, the KM3's just help cover the wind noise from the MIC top😄

May not be exactly what you wanted, but I'm confident you'll enjoy the new rubber - BFG builds awesome tires! Looks great BTW!

Sitting on stock Badsquatch suspension.
JCR Tailgate reinforcement.
(2” lift & Icon Tie rods going on today!)

Side note: I’ve always been a tire nerd. For many years I made a habit of selling my tires every spring and buying fresh rubber. I’ve now had three sets of Kenda RT’s and they have been my favorite by far. Highly recommend.
I can’t wait to get this beast out on the trail!

Friend, will you fit in the garage if you add a 2" lift?!
