Roof cover for when going topless?

If you take off the roof and travel, having a stop somewhere, is there a good cover to attach to the siderails or somethiing so that it will cover everything from front windshield to rear wheel?
Not expecting to be thief-proof but just apply shade to the cabin, "seal" it from potential light rain drops or dust
