Agreed, we should all be putting effort into getting the TSB done. The sooner it's ruled out as effective or ineffective the better chance for recall and better chance the issue is addressed. As bad as none of us want our trans case opened, if everyone just sits on it and waits you will be wasting time to ensure it's been addressed and should you need to claim lemon law the sooner the issue is brought up see Ohio Lemon Law below.

The defect(s), and at least the first repair attempt, must occur within the first year of ownership and before you’ve put 18,000 miles on the car. If the defect continues to exist after a reasonable number of repair attempts, the vehicle is a lemon and may be returned. The Ohio Lemon Law defines ā€œa reasonable number of attemptsā€ in a few different ways:

1 attempt – for any defects likely to cause death or serious bodily injury
3 attempts – for any single defect
8 attempts – for any combination of defects
30 days out of service – for any combination of defects
Agreed

I had my transmission replaced less than a month ago, didnt even get 500 miles and the noise came back, its going in monday for the TSB

if that doesnt fix it and I am back within another 4-6 weeks that will have ben 3 fixes within 4 months of ownership

we dont have the same lemon laws in Canada as the US

It would be very stupid of Ford not to have a recall on these Broncos

Yes. In fact, I’ll be at the dealer later this morning showing the service manager that same bulletin. I just wanted Ford to be aware of it.

Please share! More views on these videos the more public views we get, the more attention this gets. Dealer has yet to schedule my TSB. Calling them again today.

Hey I3lackRose,
Thanks for posting the video. Mine makes the exact same noise just like yours. Going thru the gears & clutch as you did is the same as well. Have a 22' with about 1k on it now.

No problem, mine started within the first 2 weeks of ownership. Came and went as weather warmed and cooled. Have about 2500 miles on it now

Good morning! Thanks for making us aware of the situation. If you send over a private message with your VIN and dealership info, I can look into things on my end.

So I’ve have just under 2200 miles on my ā€˜22. Noise was there when I left the dealer with 26 miles. I noticed yesterday that when cold and in gear even pushing the clutch in doesn’t stop the noise. I was driving through a neighborhood in 2nd, left it in gear and pushed the clutch in and the noise was still there faintly. I’m going to give my dealer a call this afternoon to get the ball rolling on the tsb.

I brought my 2023 in for the same issue this week, dealer agreed it matches the TSB. I guess they had to contact Ford first because the TSB applied to the 21 and 22 only, but got good resolution. Parts on backorder though so it will be a while I'm guessing.

Agree with the thought that people should go in and get this documented with Ford on the TSB to force them to roll a part number on this and solve the root cause.

Yea, it's definitely there when in gear and clutch pressed in while moving. Sounds as though the drive train is still spinning so while trans isn't getting power from motor it is still spinning internally producing the sound as the gears are rubbing and slowing to a stop. However stopped with clutch in even in gear the sound will go away if you're not moving.
