Got my window sticker and the Bronco is missing Sasquatch pkg???

I have been looking thru Bronco6g for 2 years but never created a profile. I need some advice so I finale created an account.

I got my window sticker today and the Bronco is missing the Sasquatch package, everything else is correct but no Sasquatch option?

When the dealer converted our order to a 2023 the email from Ford showed A non-Sasquatch outer banks Computer image. I contacted the salesman immediately and told him, he called me back later that day and said he confirmed the order with Ford and it was correct with Sasquatch pkg. and told me it is a computer generated image and is not always correct.
I remembered seeing on Bronco6g a thread about how to check your order thru the back door with Ford. I checked it thru the Ford back door link and it shows the order correct, I can check it right now and it shows correctly.
My production week is 11/28 with a blend date of 12/1. I’m guessing we are screwed and this cannot be corrected. I am contacting the dealer in the morning but I feel like it will end up being take this one or reorder and wait another two years.

On top of all that, when we received a build date on the Bronco, we sold our Explorer while the market was still good. If we go the reorder route and have to wait another 2 years we will have to buy something to fill the gap. I know my stupidity!

There have been Broncos damaged in shipping and other reasons for Ford to replace and those people got their Broncos expedited in an up coming batch. Ford had to be involved from the beginning and if your page is showing Sasquatch but your VIN doesn't, now is the time to get on the phone with Ford, while they can see the page.

Good luck, you shouldn't have to go through this, good thing the order banks are closed, less competition to have to get in front of.

Couple things.

1 - you are most likely screwed, with nothing you can do.

2 - do you have a copy of your DORA (order sheet)? The final DORA should show if you/your-dealer ordered Sasquatch.

3 - When Ford converted orders from 2022 to 2023, they dropped sasquatch on a bunch of orders. So the dealer had to change it in the system. Sounds like this is probably what happened, except for the dealer actually fixing it, but whatever was actually ordered should be on the DORA (see above)

Sasquatch is very elusive

You need to always get your dora from your dealer anytime you create or change your order, it's a receipt of the order

I looked back thru my emails and text messages, I have the DORA from the 2021 order and when they rolled it to a 2022 order, but not from when they rolled it to 2023 order. I guess I forgot to ask them for it, my bad.

That's what happened then. Ford said orders that weren't updated for 23 would convert to non-squatch automatically. Sorry for your situation. Maybe the dealer will give you a discount on another order for forgetting to update it.

Update 11/29
I contacted the dealer and left a message as to what was going with my order with the general manager. Believe it or not the general manager contacted me back later that day.
The general manager told me that they checked into my order history and that everything I had told them was correct and they made the mistake on not verifying the order was correct with Ford. He apologized several times and stated that they wanted to make it right with me if possible.
We are trying to discuss what is a solution, and I have already explained that I cannot reorder and wait another 2 years or longer. I also explained that we cannot turn our Bronco into a Sasquatch, which would require replacing springs, shocks, locking front axle, 4.70 gearing, wheels tires, etc., probably over $10k worth of parts, not feasible.
We are thinking of just putting wheels, tires and small lift on it and calling it a day. My wife does not want to wait any longer and she does not want anything else in place of the Bronco.
We may just go ahead and buy it, order another one and sell this one when the next one comes in in 2025, geez did I say that?
The dealer owned up to the mistake right off the bat and is trying to work with us. I guess it could be worse, I may Have never had it built. But now I know why we got a build date finally, they left off the sas pkg lol!

If dealer is taking the blame, then when order banks open they should priority you at the front of their line with a priority code and should get your replacement unit in a shorter time while taking that one back in trade, assuming you want to trade in, maybe you decide to keep or flip or sell to friend or family. Whatever, works for you, but getting you to the front of their line is the least they could do.

I’d still call whatever ford customer care line you can. Explain give them the name of the manager and dealer who admitted they made a mistake and see if they will do anything. They may not but before it gets built would be the time to try. Did they at least select the locking rear axle that’s comes with the 4.27 gears? Or are you stuck with 3.73 non locking? Did they get the advanced transfer case or the regular? There a difference there as well advanced has the 4A and a lower gear ratio in 4L I believe.

Any of you guys that have not received your production week/production date yet, please double check with your dealer and verify your order. Hopefully no one else will end up like me with a Bronco you don’t really want.

Here is some more of my stupidity, we sold our 2021 Explorer ST last week. When our build date finally got locked in, I posted the Explorer for sale, I knew we would get more for it in a private sale versus trading it in. So we are going to be buying something very soon, whether it is a Bronco or something else.

At least you have an answer. Since you have a VIN, I am pretty certain there is nothing that can be done to change your build. That is well established here. So, let's break the rest down. Lift and tires will fix the appearance to be similar to squatching. The question is what gearing did you end up with? If you have auto, then you likely were ordered with 3.73 and no rear locker, unless it just happened to up you to the 4.27 with locker. If you don't plan to off-road, the locker will likely not be missed. However, I would personally not be interested in lift and larger tires (let's assume 35s) with 3.73 gears. The 10 speed will help, and I am sure there are a number of people here that have done it, but I would think it would run somewhat sloppy with that gearing. So now you are looking at a re-gear, lift, and tires. If you did get the 4.27, then a lift and tires would get you close enough to where you may want to call it a day. If you were really set on the 4A, the 4.7 gears, or the front locker based on what you plan to do, well that can be a game changer. If so, I would probably make a deal to take the Bronco on delivery and see about expediting a new order.

It does have the 4.27 locking rear axle and advance 4x4.

I did call the Bronco hotline yesterday before the general manager called me, to try and figure who dropped the ball, was it on Ford’s side or the dealers? The Bronco hotline told me it was all up to the dealer and that my Bronco went to the line on 11/21, so it was not going to get any changes.

The dealers rep has more stroke than any customer service agent. However, if a window sticker has been generated and a build day looming there is zero chance of making any changes to the current build.

OP, I agree with the poster above, take delivery and press your dealer for a priority build or maybe the dealer is willing to search out your desired build and horse trade (pun intended) with another dealership.
