For the rides currently on the way to Omaha that were sitting in the Chicago area. When I call the CSX number it still says the rail car is in Curtis Indiana. HOWEVER when I call Norfolk Southern Line at 800-635-5768 Option 2, Option 2, 8849# then rail number it says she just passed through a town (maybe Elmira) in Missouri!This is me presently. I was in Chicago area purgatory for a few days on the way to the Omaha area... so... some movement.

I’m 579 in the same sequence. I checked this morning and my status changed to awaiting shipment as well. Although, my salesman tells me it’s parked and waiting on a chip as of Wednesday. SMH

Me too! I’m 579! I’m getting excited, but I know it’s a complete waste of energy! It will probably be after thanksgiving that our status changes to shipped.

I just did the same thing after a week long hold in Curtis and it said my railcar was in Tennessee... on October 23rd.. before my Bronco was even produced.
So a word of caution this info may not be accurate and may include tracking prior to the railcar arriving or leaving MAP.
Oh noo! I used this number yesterday and it said Blue Island IL though so it is updating regularly and in the right direction so who knows
