As I suggested earlier in this thread I sent @ADV Fiberglass a message to see if they would consider making just a bare bones hard shell. Might be cheaper than sourcing one from Ford or tracking down one in salvage.

this is my first time really looking at after market options. How are their products??
I have the twill Bestop Trektop on my 4 door badlands and I really like it. I now have a 4 door MIC top in my basement!

Well I contacted @ADV Fiberglass and they have no plans or I'm guessing interest in offering just a rear shell. Maybe another manufacturer who decides to make a hard top will consider this option. If not time to source one from a salvage yard.

Hmmm wonder if Leer would be willing to take this on.

So... how much Booker Bourbon do I need to ship to Bestop to make this happen!

I’d figure Anderson Composites would be the one to contact - since theirs is a direct replica of OEM. ADV version doesn’t have the removable rear seat panel. So, they’d have to tool an entirely new product for a minute amount of customers that are into this product. Hopefully Anderson can offer just the rear cap separately once they are in full production.

They haven't released any info on possible pricing yet have they?

Bestop or Anderson?
Anderson. I saw they are making a composite and carbon fiber for the four door. But couldn't find anything on potential pricing.

EDIT: I just tracked them down on Instagram. From reading their replies it looks like their full composite top is going to run $6k. So my guess just the rear shell would be around $5k.

Aly is one of the founding members of the MI Bronco Club and an all around Bronco enthusiast (she is a salesperson at Brighton Ford but rarely promotes herself that way). I have seen Aly’s Bronco with it closed and open. I had no interest in a soft top “sun rider” for the front seats, it’s just not a big deal pulling the front tops off. After seeing hers in person, on the trail, it is very cool and I can see myself getting one. The second hard top section is much more difficult to pull off for a quick drive. This top takes care of that in spades. She was tight lipped about the manufacturer, but I think others in the post have narrowed it down. I heard nothing on pricing.

Yeah, I’m curious. You’d think those panels themselves are nearly as expensive to make as the rear shell.

They posted the p/n too - ac-ht21fdbr4d-gf - assuming we’ll get more info at SEMA.

I just added Dual Tops to my MY23 and it was only $2545. So, there is that.
