9/26/2022 Build Week Thread with Spreadsheet

I’ve already pulled credit and obtained financing for this vehicle and it looks like ford is going to miss yet another self imposed deadline for delivery. I’m so tired of Ford basically just lying about anything and everything pertaining to my bronco. Just tell me what’s actually going on instead of continuous run around none sense. If it comes in time great if not I wouldn’t even be surprised. 0/10 experience.

Good for you that you got the invoice and financing in place...the dealer won't give me the invoice that my lender wants until it is on the lot so I'm stuck waiting on slow train to SC before I can even get an approval...I should not have any issues but I can't drive it off the lot without a deal in place.

The dealer emailed me and said they pulled some strings with the rail yard and they will have it tonight! Picking it up tomorrow!

Now I am frantic about which accessories go on first. I might put my camping cot in the garage and sleep there.

We are on the same train. My dealer (Bill Pierre) said once it arrives, about 2 days in the rail yard for pickup, 1-2 days to get prepped. There's renewed talk of a rail strike. I think they are in a cool off period now. Hoping it is averted or at least our Broncos escape the RR system before a strike happens.

Ours will be unloaded at the Port of Portland and trucked up to Longview. Dealer can't give me an estimate a delivery date since trucking has not been consistent, but usually slow. I'm hoping it's in my hands by the end of the month.

So I got my Bronco today! Man is it awesome!

That said, the truck that brought it to Virginia jacked up both front panels and the middle one.

The dealership said they are putting in a claim to the shipping company. In short, I need a whole new top. Any guesses on before or after Christmas?

This morning my backdoor reservation link updated from 10/7-10/13 ETA to 10/14-10/20 ETA.

This afternoon I got a call from my salesman to inform me that my Wiltrak was just delivered.

Well... Bronco left Wayne on the 9th and got a blistering 57 miles to Walbridge. It sat for a day then got another astounding 67 miles to Willard OH. It's been sitting there since 10:24 AM yesterday the 12th. Willard is east of Walbridge. Needs to go west not east Mr. Rail Road guy. Now says it will be a day later to Blue island than earlier reported. Reading the posts here they seem to get hung up at Blue Island for days... so I guess there will be more delays coming.

I was hoping that mine dide the same so I went and had lunch with my dad who works at the dealership I ordered through.

No cyber orange sex machines were able to be found.

Well looks like I’ll just have to be in the dark for the next couple of weeks until my delivery window. My rail car seems to be ferrying vehicles between Wayne and Blue Island IL, and chat has no rail car update. Great seeing all the delivery pics and factory pics!

Ours did the same thing... frustrating. Stayed in one spot for about (3) days. Once we got onto the Union Pacific it stayed in Chicago for another few days, then it started moving south.

You can do a search for your city in the forum search bar and see if someone tracked it before and maybe get an idea of when it will be there. The spreadsheets appear to be semi accurate with estimated times as far as I can tell.
