For what it’s worth, when I asked Ford Customer Service about the discrepancy in amounts, $975 vs $2975 for the 2 dr. Bronco, I was told the Price Protection Certificate number they provided was only for $975, the rest was to be negotiated between me and my dealer.

I’m in the same boat as you from the previous build week...a “TTGX” rail car....and I had the same exact problems as you did. Very frustrating!

I finally got system to recognize TTGX. Said my rail car arrived in San Diego in October! I am in Florida so pretty sure that was outdated info - at least I hope so.

I finally received notice mine has shipped and contacted dealer to get Train car information so I can track it. The number I was provided is TTGX953161.
The automated line has trouble understanding letters. I tried to use the keypad but it does not acknowledge any input and just keeps asking me to say the numbers or input them using keypad (which I had just done).
I can get it to understand GX953161 with a response there is no information on that car. But if I try TTGX it cannot understand “TT” part at all. Are the leading TT letters needed? Thanks for the help!

I had trouble with that as well.....I found talking like an automated message speaking loudly and clearly worked best. A bit frustrating at first though for sure.

It finally made it to the dealer. Hopefully I can pick it up tomorrow.

Arrived at the dealer around 4:30 eastern time.Less than a 4 hr. drive form MAP.Was given four different delivery date ranges and it arrived one day later than the original estimate.A Ranger that was built at MAP roughly 2 weeks after my Bronco was on the same automobile carrier delivery truck. IMO probably logistics and efficiency is why it sat for a few weeks before transport.
I should have it home around Wednesday.

Congrats. So did you not ever get a shipped email? Just going by the tracker. What does the backdoor/order app say your status is?

Absolutely! I'm shipped and in transit too so there is some hope that it just shows up without me knowing the real status.

That makes logical sense to me. But more likely they have a bunch of routes predefined and they allow the trucker to choose which one he wants and that fits with his schedule. Just spoke to my salesman and told him that railtracking placed the Bronco in KC on the 28th. He said maybe, it could still be on its way there. He then said they have no control over when it will arrive and that they used to be able to drive up and retrieve the vehicles (dealer is 30 min south of KC) but not able to do so anymore. He said he would call me the minute it arrives whenever that is.

Called again and it found mine, still at Volks, MO aka KCMO.

I hope mine is with yours I’m in kcmo and they changed my eta 3 times already.

Finally, a good rail update! Now that the railcar has been transferred to Union Pacific, says it's ETA to industry is 7/23.

Edit update: Texted my dealer with the info, his comment: "Oh yeah, meant to say hi and let you know, but Saturday got away from me" For the record, he has never texted me, so pretty sure that was bogus. Reminded him not to install the front plate holder, claims that they don't, we'll see.
