Good for you, I’m glad your dealer provided you with a railcar number. Perhaps there’s a valid reason for the dealer not providing a railcar number, I didn’t ask, and, I don’t recall complaining it was Ford’s policy.
I apologize if I made it sound like you were complaining. Maybe there is a good reason not to provide one. We are here to exchange information, learn from and support one another, sorry if I offended you.

Not a problem. You’re exactly right, I learn a lot from this forum and very much appreciate the support we provide each other. Many of us first reserved our Bronco coming on 2 years. The lack of communication from Ford has been frustrating and the best information regarding our Bronco builds have been from the fine folks on this forum sharing their experiences.

Hope your Bronco arrives soon. Best of luck!

Let’s hope our broncos find their way home before this looming railway strike takes hold.

I heard about this from a cousin who is a truck driver! Mine departed Louisville, KY on 7/7 at 5pm and is heading toward somewhere in Georgia I cannot decipher. It sounds like “Halls Transboro” and the closest thing I can find is “Hulsey Transflo” which is a big rail yard in Atlanta. From there it will be taken to Dixiana, SC. Yesterday I had an ETA to SC of the 12th, no ETA as of this morning 🥴

My blend date was 6/23 but my status has not changed from in production. Ford chat has informed me that it should arrive at the dealer by 7/31. With the way this has gone, I can only think that my order will get stuck in this too.

Contacted Chat again just to see if I could get an update. This agent told me that it’s still at MAP with the last update if 06/28. Another a couple of days ago told me they didn’t have a rail car # but that it had left MAP. Seems like the right hand doesn’t talk to the left hand. I’m so sick of Ford and their inconsistencies.

I called for about the 5th time on Friday. Mine has been listed in production since 13 June (blend date 22 June). They continue to say it is built. I asked - “If it IS built why do your trackers (including back door tracker) show it still in production”. I said “Other get built emails and baby Bronco pics” when theirs is built. They have no answer at all. They guy i spoke to last week lives in Sarasota. Really nice guy but it is clear - they are looking at same data we see and apparently can’t (or don’t have authority) to call a central scheduling function to get a real status. The whole process, given 2 years of waiting, is infuriating.

Just called and checked mine again. Now says no tracking available for my rail car. I’m thinking that means my Bronco was unloaded from the rail car. Dunno.

I just realized that in a couple of days, it will be 3 years since I put in a reservations. Every step of this process has had some small thing to frustrate me. From the lack bandwidth on the first night of ordering to now where the dealer is slow to process my vehicle for pickup. I am hoping to get in next week. But, in the back of my mnd, I am wondering what issues I am going to run into when I pick it up.. BTW, I am still annoyed that I have not gotten a baby bronco picture. That would have at least bought some good faith from me and would have jacked up my excitement level.

At the end of the day, I know I am blessed to be able to get one of these things and know we all have had to deal with this furstrating processes, but dang it felt good to vent a little.

I think you mean 2 years. Ya, it’s been frustrating all the way to the end when it finally arrives at the stealership. Hang in there we’re almost there.
