When I walked to the back of my '22 Black Diamond I noticed that there was only one "rescue ring" under the bumper and it was on the driver's side. I subsequently looked at the arse end of a First Edition. It had two rings! So Ford cheaped out on the Black Diamond! I was losing sleep over this. My need for symmetry drove me to the parts counter at the dealership. I guy (that looked like he was the there when they stocked parts for the Model T) searched for the matching ring. He couldn't find it. Went to the parts department at another dealership. He also was having trouble. After several phone calls were made, the part was ordered. If you choose to mount a second "rescue ring" be aware that the bolts require an 18mm socket. While it may never be used in a rescue situation, now when I walk behind my Bronco I get a "Peaceful Easy Feeling" as "I'm Running Down the Road." (Apologies to the Eagles.)
