I may have missed it, but is the a link or website to get the most up to date production constraints info?

I’ve read through several outdated constraints thread but have yet to find the source of the data. Anyone help me out?

Thanks in advance.

Ford releases that information to the dealers on a monthly-ish basis for their particular region. The constraints aren’t released publicly, so we’re reliant on dealers providing that information to us.

I have the June numbers for a few regions, but June scheduling has already been completed… so those numbers are basically null and void at this point. We’ll have to wait for July numbers, which will probably come out after the July 4th holiday.

It has varied from month to month… but generally speaking it’s been the same constraints since the beginning. Lux package, hard top, PPF, towing package, etc.

Thanks for the follow up. Mostly concerned with the hard top and SAS package for the order I’m planning on making next month.

Hopefully the hardtop constraints get resolved by the end of the year.

That's a great article, lots of info:
- Webasto expects to build 1 million roofs for the 2018(?)-26 Bronco, accounting for 20% of their sales.
- 6 different roof model to be built. (will there still be a 2nd supplier?)

But, back to the topic, I got this list last week. Little to no hope of me getting my 2dr V6 BaseSquatch:

Think I’m going Basesquatch, MIC top, 2.7, mod bumper… Looks like I’m in for a long wait as well.

will the order go in with that many constraints or will it be delayed?

I’ve got your exact build minus mod bumper. My dealer was able to place the order 2/5/22 with a priority code 10. Still not scheduled though, I’m expecting at least 12-16 months.

If the above constraints list is like the others I’ve seen the lower the item the more constrained… might go without the mod bumper.

Won’t the constraint list *at the time your VIN would get pulled* ultimately matter more than the constraint list *today*?

These are listed on the ford website. Go to build your bronco, select a vehicle, two door or four door then they show up.

The longer you wait, more aftermarket front bumpers will be available. I’m looking at winch bumpers and I’ve only seen 2 worth considering so far, Warn and CBI off-road.

I'm going to say this one more time. The Hard Top constraint is NEVER going to go away. Ford could have bought additional tooling a year and a half ago. They didn't.

Hard top has consistently been at about 70% of actual demand, which is why people have waited over a year and a half for a basic BASE model with no other constraints.

Last Month, Sasquatch was constrained to 0% availability because Ford ran out of the Chinese built wheels. I'd put it 60/40 that Ford changes to a different wheel vendor for 2024.

While I'll agree that the hard top may always fall short of total demand, it sounds like Ford put pressure on the sub vendors to get their collective crap together. A $200M+ investment will increase capacity for the hard tops. Hopefully Ford does pressure the other subs or find new ones in the near future. The pending recession may also reduce some demand to reduce wait times. That's what I'm telling myself before I order anyway.

You can place your order when the order banks open again in August. Your order will 'go in' to Ford regardless of what the constraints at that time. We all get put on a waiting list at our dealer.... when scheduling for the week comes up, Ford will look at the list of orders at each dealer, supposedly arranged by reservation date or order date, and pick the first x number of Broncos they have the parts for.
It's best to get your order in asap (mid August) to get in line.

High expectations. If this gives you an insight I have the same build you just described. Order was Oct 20. Still nowhere near the front of the line to get scheduled for a build date. So good luck
