Moved and cleaned up the inside of the ”bed” ...the fender areas were cluttered with wires, trailer wiring modules, tire sensors, sub and amp, and a few other things. Moved the wiring up and into the boxed-in area of the besides... And repositioned a few modules.
I wanted all the vulnerable stuff up and forward outta the elements.
This is in preparation for a new bed deck and sides with built-in toolboxes I'll be fabing up in the near future.

Thanks @fordmotorcompany
For leaving the wires long enough to re-route w/o cutting and splicing ANYTHING.

How many full sheets of plywood can fit in the bed of the pick up? 🤔
Well.... I figure I can fit about 10 sheets stacked onto my Spark's roof rack (once I cut them in half). so maybe 5?

I built a template out of aluminum to test fit. I'll use this bulkhead as for a week or so while I gather up some materials to build the finished one.
Also, I can add or subtract ideas (like a shelf or gun rack inside mounted on the bulkhead) and mock up the fit and look before I build the real one.
I'm happy so far with how it's fitting up.

Any suggestions?

Do some bead rolling work on your final bulkhead panel. Would the Ranger bed panels work as a forward bulkhead? https://parts.lakelandford.com/a/Fo...1/PICK-UP-BOX-FRONT--SIDE-PANELS/MD19740.html

i agree some bead roll work to stiffen the panel and dress it up. Maybe add a vent or two somewhere to let the pressure out when shutting doors. The stock one is in the tail gate. Not sure how important it is tho since the windows don’t seal tight when closing.

I agree with some beed roll to stiffen up
I would think 1 more vertical bend on top rail to create a “c” channel would stiffen too

Then bend bottom into cab to keep mounting screws inside cab. This way one long bead caulking on bottom bulkhead No need caulk screws or screw holes

FYI
I have 3D cad available. I can model up parts for you if you supply sketches

Bead roll, clamps for axe, shovel, fuel, and recovery gear if you‘re into that type of 4-wheeling.

Sorry not a fan of it! As long as you like it that's all that matters.

Awesome build. You got some guts. I find it amazing that people feel compelled to voice dissatisfaction, with comments like “not a fan”. Geez

This is one of-if not the-best builds on this site. A true fab'd up Bronco, not just a ton of bolt on parts. My dream truck has always been a half cab Bronco!

Looks amazing. I’m jealous I don’t have the huevos to do this with mine. This is what I always hoped we would get. Even though I also love the look of the 6G. Good for you for taking the time, money, and effort to put this build together. Definitely monitoring this thread to see how it develops.
