$279 was tough to swallow. But cheaper than PPF that seems to get destroyed anyway. I have SAS. Went XL. Hope it’s long enough without looking ridiculous. I’d like to run them as little as possible. For those of you who have had your bronco for more than a month like me is there any reason to need the fronts for more than just gravel type roads? Like has normal pavement driving been fine without flaps?

I had half a dozen rock chips within 600 miles without ever seeing a dirt road... but it's winter and they "sand" the shit out of the roads with big rocks up here.

So do these work with the OEM tube steps?
Certainly appears that they will. The factory rock sliders seem to be the farthest forward thing out there.

I honestly don’t think these will be enough by themselves. They should protect the front third of the front doors, but the rest of the door will be susceptible to stuff getting thrown under the mud flap. My Bronco only has 45 miles on it, but the front of the rear flares are peppered with sand. The next phase will likely be DIY PPF, linex from the body line down, or some type of step to deflect everything else. DIY PPF with an 8” wide roll from Amazon would be a $25 experiment, I also submitted an online quote for the linex dealer. I almost purchased the rokblokz original long version, but on 33“ tires I figured they would look too dorky.

These probably need to be all the way to the ground to fully protect our Broncos, but I went with the regular/regular. I just don't think the non-Sas Broncos (with AT tires) will kick up as much road debris as the Sas MT tires. We'll see though!

Wow, $420 for a full set??? I don't care what excuse they use, that it insane. Like everything Bronco right now, they're just out there for a quick cash grab. I'm super disappointed, this was one product I was really looking forward to.

Curious what color selection people with Area 51 are going with. I went with the black flaps and grey "RB"' letter color. I figured grey stood out the least (aside from black).

I bought and trimmed the Ford plastic ones. I was seeing chips from the stock tires right away. RSE sliders are arriving this week and after install i will be reevaluating the need …..

If you watch the lite brite video, I believe they had the non-XL version and it still kicked up plenty. If I get these I'm going XL based on that.

Hell I couldn't even find where I could order them on their site... And yeah, I was ok with pissing the wife off over $250 ($400 Canadian)... But $450 or close to $700 Canadian when all is said and done.... Nahhh

Here’s a dumb question…

How different do you think these could be from the ones they issued for the Ranger, since they’re coming off the same production line?

Ranger, $150 ($160 XL). Bronco, $400.

Who wants to volunteer as tribute?
***No Returns on Colored flaps!
The Ranger is completely different as the flaps attach using screws and holes that hold the fender flare onto the Metal fenders.... There is no real hardware to speak of, just the flaps that are cut with tabs and holes... Will never work on the plastic fender flares the Broncos have as there is nothing to attach to...
