Would 255/85/16 be a reasonable option for larger OD tire on the base 7" rims? Guess it might depend on terrain
..skinny vs wide
You would have to read the tire specs, every tire has a range for min and max rim width.

No way it's that much. I won't be clicking that box if it is. I'll just go aftermarket. Heck, I want 37s anyway.

$7500 for Sasquatch is not with it... if it’s that high a lot of people will turn to after market and find it cheaper..

I mean The wheels and tires will be 2k, front dif and axles are at minimum like 3k, 2k for the lift and fender flares.

In trying to calculate the cost of the Sasquatch. If you look at the prices of the 2 door Outer Banks $38,955 and the Wildtrack $48,875 the difference is $9,920 (4 door is exactly the same difference). Now look at "Compare Models" link on the Ford site Outer Banks v Wildtrack. The equipment difference for the Wildtrack is 2.7 (-$1,500?), Advanced 4x4 (-$1,000?), M210 Dana front (-$500?), steel bash plates -($250?), hardtop (2,000?) and Sasquatch. The Outer Banks has tube steps (+400?). The difference is $5,070 for the Sasquatch. Am I somewhat accurate in my estimates? Anything you add to my estimates will subtract from the cost of the Sasquatch

I think one thing people are not considering is that the prices from factory are offset by the price of the parts they are replacing. So yes... part X may cost $2k on the retail market... but if you never put on the $1.2k standard axle to begin with, the overall price only increases by $800.

It's not like they are getting craiglist prices for the stuff they are yanking off... that stuff was never put on in the first place.

From what I’m seeing base wheels are 7” wide, of course almost all 33”s require 7.5” rims, so new steelies are in order, might as well go 8-8.5 if your changing them.

the key here is to get something 10.50 - 11.50 wide. all the models that wear 32's have wheels that are 7.5 wide as reference.

now if your are going 12.50 then you will want/need 8-9 wide.

edit: sorry I'm a little behind here.

I think 2k for the Tires/Wheels is low

plenty of room for Ford to pad the and dictate the price. Although, it might not be full blown cost in lieu of.

Super exited! Just did my $100 Reservation. Base, OW, Sasquatch, switches, 2.7/auto, upgraded front bumper. Can't wait for the build to show up. I may change my mind if the build is too exp. vs getting a Black Diamond with no Sasquatch.. The Black Diamond might be the best value, we'll see. BD , 2 door, CG, 2.7 on the 32's with the stock steel wheels would be a good option also

I'm hoping the Sasquatch package is $4k or less. If it is im going Base in Antimatter Blue 2.3 with manual transmission and Auxiliary switches.

If not I have no idea. I wish Ford would just release the Dam pricing already so I know what the hell im doing. ?

Thats assuming that Ford is listening and will let us get the Sasquatch and Manual Transmission.

Will the stock 3.73 gearing handle 17 inch steel wheels with 32s from a black diamond fine? I'm thinking there will be a lot of take offs available.
