Went to my dealer yesterday, they had sent a mass email a few weeks ago

How can I get a 4 door Bronco that fast?

  1. Must be a "Soft Top". Hard Tops will delay your order.
  2. Must have the 2.3L I-4 Turbo engine. No 2.7L v6 turbo, this will delay your order.
  3. No Tow Package.
  4. No Modular Front Bumper
  5. No E-Locker Axle
  6. No Luxury Packages.
Following these simple guidelines with position your order ahead of the rest.

It looks like it worked and they got quite a few new orders just before they closed the order bank. This will most likely eat up the rest of their allocations for the year effectively pushing back my order that was reserved in 2020 outside their allocation for the year.

Guess I'll be re-ordering a '23 now.

Our reservation was 7/14. We removed the tow package and a couple other things a while back and the dealer said we should hear something soon. Nothing.
Wildtrak, Hardtop, Area 51.
I think Ford and the dealerships could be way more transparent if they wanted to, but at this point I think they just don't give a crap anymore.
I also have a 7/14/20 reservation. Also want the tow package. Also don't yet have my Bronco. Completely agree about the transparency. I'm keeping the tow package because I have no idea how much sooner I'd get a Bronco by removing it. If I knew a time difference I'd have considered dropping it. But not knowing the benefit of removing it makes it tough to do.

Wife is at local Ford dealer getting service and sending me pictures of the over a dozen Bronco's they have in stock, all with 15,000+ markups.

Makes me sad, I just want the truck I ordered so many years ago.

It's actually a good sign that they have so many. Those ADMs might start coming down.

Certainly not Obi Wan. He's my only hope.

And he'll never let you down.

In all seriousness though, it's a vehicle. If you can't wait, then you can't wait and have to get something else. Hopefully it's in stock because no matter what you want, pickings are slim across the entire automotive landscape.

Buying my daily driver out of lease to avoid any potential issues with delays in Bronco showing up was a deft stroke. I'm glad the acid trip tea leaves was causing me to trip balls easy enough to read that launching a new product during the first point that globally sourced mass manufacturing as a methodology took a huge dump would create a myriad of issues and delays.

Anyone else losing hope? I'm a 7/20/20 res holder with a 1/20/21 order and 10/2021 re-order. Still nothing in terms of a VIN or Build date. Just complete silence from Ford. Yes, I have most of the sins selected. But now almost 2 years out it's getting ridiculous. Who else is in a similar position and losing hope? Seeing people place orders over a year after my reservation and getting their build within months has been completely demoralizing. My girlfriend ordered a Bronco Sport in October 2021 and just took delivery this week, which is now making me itch to get my Bronco. Now looking at the prospects of getting pushed to a 2023.

I'm considering eliminating the tow package to try and speed things up and going aftermarket later. The main reason I wanted the tow is to put a bicycle hitch carrier for my mountain bikes.

Anyone else in the same boat as me?

i feel your pain (kind of) i reserved early oct 2020, ordered march 21, then reordered oct 21, still waiting, badlands 4dr high and manual. I happened along to a 4 dr badlands base package and manual so i bought it at MSRP and kept "my" order still waiting. For you, id say NOWAY i would keep towing simply for a bicycle carrier, there are hitches available for you to install or have installed, and you wouldnt even need any lighting so tow package is easiest to take off if you really want a bronco!

Also, i would remind many people on here worried they havent received their bronco yet, how many are you really seeing out there in your area, neighbrhood? I know i reserved in Oct of 2020, in my little town west of Atlanta, ive seen 4 or 5 broncos, and one i know of was early reservation, one is manequin from dealer, so there arent really "that many" out there before you!!

I hope this isn't true. Can we see the pics?

It's hard not to lose hope, Ford hasn't given us any reason to believe that they are committed to filling the reservation orders. I've been told someone from the Reservation team would be contacting me soon, that was January 4th and I haven't been contacted (because reservations don't seem to matter). Ni\o VIN, no schedule but I know I'm not alone.
