Does lemon law apply in this case?
Not sure. Can't get a clear answer from Ford Motor Company. I either get a meaningless response or recommendations that don't make sense.

Look into your states lemon law. You may be able to file a claim thru the state of you meet the criteria. In some states X number of days in the shop will satisfy the criteria.

Yes I am in the same boat almost exactly the same dates, I was complaining a while back. No one cares Fords answer is" cancel the order" we don't care. What bothers me most is that people are buying them on the lots and those that reserved and have been waiting are kicked to the curb!
Anyone else losing hope? I'm a 7/20/20 res holder with a 1/20/21 order and 10/2021 re-order. Still nothing in terms of a VIN or Build date. Just complete silence from Ford. Yes, I have most of the sins selected. But now almost 2 years out it's getting ridiculous. Who else is in a similar position and losing hope? Seeing people place orders over a year after my reservation and getting their build within months has been completely demoralizing. My girlfriend ordered a Bronco Sport in October 2021 and just took delivery this week, which is now making me itch to get my Bronco. Now looking at the prospects of getting pushed to a 2023.

I'm considering eliminating the tow package to try and speed things up and going aftermarket later. The main reason I wanted the tow is to put a bicycle hitch carrier for my mountain bikes.

Anyone else in the same boat as me?

I have limited tools and mechanical ability and installed my own hitch by drawtite and 1 up carrier.

So last Friday I went to the dealer from whom I'm purchasing a WT I've ordered on 8/11/2020, and made an change to my order I added the HOSS 3.0, so now I'm hoping that (if I ever get it) the dealer won't go stupid with ADM.

Do you have an agreed price, in writing, signed by the general manager?

Best insurance you can hope for, although some dealers are still slimy.

I reserved in the first 10 mins and have submitted 2 builds (2-door wildtrak, lux, MIC, etc.). At this rate it'll be a nice retirement gift to myself in 2055.

Ford Bronco Team is too busy creating new models, Raptors, Jurassic Park editions, make-over editions, that they have no time to make Broncos for the reservation holders...

I’m also a member of the “hurry it up and wait” team. Reservation 8/12/20, turned into order on 2/19/21, rolled over to 2022 MY with reorder 10/19/21. This was a retirement gift to myself. Now I have to push back retirement. Wonderful, just wonderful. Wonder when I get to roll it over to a 2023 model?

Our reservation was 7/14. We removed the tow package and a couple other things a while back and the dealer said we should hear something soon. Nothing.
Wildtrak, Hardtop, Area 51.
I think Ford and the dealerships could be way more transparent if they wanted to, but at this point I think they just don't give a crap anymore.

Not sure it's worse, but you could already have your Bronco, with less than 300 miles, and have it not work due to electrical issues that Ford can't resolve and/or provide a timeline on parts. It's kind of like ice mountain, etc. except Ford has my money and I am paying for insurance on something I can't drive.
A year ago I had to fight BMW North America for a year over a warranty repair while my car sat in the dealer's back lot waiting. For the insurance side, I at least was able to tell my agent that the car was not drivable and they reduced my premium to something small.

I went and ordered a 2022 Jeep Rubicon XR hoping it will be here much sooner then the Bronco. Seen a white Badlands Sas today while driving and man did she look good! But i'll most likely get the Rubicon way sooner then the BD but will use it as a trade for when the Bronco finally comes, when and if it comes.
