Separately, what brush bar / bumper bar is that? Does it obscure the front camrera?

I painted the wheels when I picked it up in December. So far no issues with several washes and a variety of weather conditions from 100 degree heat to snow.
It’s a rough country nudge bar. It doesn’t block the cameras but does block the parking sensors. I just turn the sensors off and enjoy my day lol
