Anyone get 220000 Fordpass points email? [RESOLVED]

Very disappointed in Ford got email last spring saying getting 220000 points , for Early reservations and being patient, still haven't had points added to account, wasted numerous hours and a lot of frustration so far

I think you get the points after you pay for the Bronco. Did you already purchase yours?

You have to actually purchase the Broco associated with the points, first.

I had to call the FordPass rewards and get on a 3way call with the dealer to get my points added to my account.

Plus I think the 220 has to do with orders already in for 2021 that got pushed. I got my 42,000 points a few days after taking delivery of my 2022.

If you reserved a certain model, then ordered before a certain date, and had to change it and made that change before the required date (painted mod top to MIC, or dual top group to single) you get a 220k point apology after you take delivery.

Some people didn't understand all the criteria and won't be getting it. Kinda like how some people say ford "canceled" their orders because they didn't update to a buildable configuration before the cutoff date.

As they are supposed to. For some reason a handful of people think ford owes them the points before they've actually paid for their vehicle.
