Finally got the bump today. I'm happy to be with bumpity bump bump friends.

Now, from a guy who is in manufacturing, a couple opinions:
  • The 90 day bump is a conservative push out and will most likely be less, but possibly longer. Better to estimate 90 days and come back with 30 or 60 days delay.
  • Ford wants/needs to complete, deliver, and get the revenue from the 1000's of vehicles in holding status. There are a few supply chain directors and VPs losing sleep over the delays.
  • They can't continue to push vehicles to "ice mountain". The amount of rework and the associated cost will be crippling at some point.
  • They will figure out a solution soon. They've only been doing this for 114 years.

I'm assuming everyone that has tracking issues are reservation orders? Because mine never goes down like y'all y'all about all the time...

Agreed 100%. I've worked for a few manufacturing companies as well. Spot on. Also, they do not want all of that inventory and working capital sitting in an empty lot. That is a large amount of unearned revenue for Ford which is not a good thing.

YES THERE'S HOPE!!!
Either that, or we have proof of Ford's true sadistic intention of repeatedly elevating our collective spirit, only to crush it under their boot.

My blend date is pretty close right after his so I'm hoping it gets sent here soon too!

I've seen the tracker say VIN invalid in most of the other build weeks going back a ways. It's just a glitch, like not being able to get in at all. Usually clears up the next day.

My tracker is down too.
Just looking at your line on the sheet - trying to draw some logic as to why you were the lone person from this group who got shipped. The one thing I can think of is that your proximity helped. Also, perhaps the 2.3L was another factor since the 2.7s are now constrained? Besides that I have no other logic to draw on as to why. I also found it interesting that you got no "built" or "shipped" email but it showed up at your dealer.

In any event congrats and enjoy!

I was doing the same earlier, since my spot in line was about 700ish after their blend. Our builds are similar, except that mine is non-Sas and Mid. Not sure if it really tells me much.

So, I am not sure what to think and being cautiously optimistic. I was originally a 1/10/22 build week, bumped to 1/17/22 and bumped again to the 1/24/22 build week.

I have a late 1/28/22 blend date, order date 10/8/21, production date 2/2/22, built date 2/7/22. My Bronco sticker shows 2072/2270 and rotation 8498. The truck mods populated and tear tag updated. I show a edd of 3/1/22 and has not changed. It also has activate on the Ford Pass app, but obviously can’t activate until confirmed on vehicle.

I picked up my F-350 from local dealer this evening. I decided to check with sales regarding my Bronco order. They told me, and showed me on their system, that it was scheduled for delivery between 2/28-3/3. I asked if they were certain and if my order was showing chip hold or any other delays. She said no delays we’re showing on their system. She even showed me a few Rangers they had on order that showed chip delays. But nothing appears on my order and everything looks good for a late Feb early March delivery.

Bronco order is a Wildtrack, shadow black, soft top, lux package, tow package, modular bumper, Sasquatch package, 4 door.

I am holding out hope, especially after reading through all the threads.

will keep updating progress.
