I could very well see Ford denying replacement engine claims in 2.7s for fiddling with this. With that said I think it's bullshit to have it and it be disabled on a $57k Badlands.

Puts it in 4L, disconnects sway bar, engages rear locker, turns on camera view (front, 360, tire view), activates obstacle sensors, changes throttle and transmission response

Maybe I missed it, but has anyone tried deleting a goat mode? I'm wondering if I could make Eco the default if Normal was deleted.

I accidentally deleted GOAT modes before, but didn't investigate it further. You probably could find a way to do that, but you would have to experiment (and many people aren't willing to risk "bricking" their Bronco).

I just tried to add Sport mode as well to MY22 Badlands w/ Sas. I got the same result and message as jbryant. The procedure is interrupted at 80%. I used 'B', not 'D', as instructed in the spreadsheet. I have no idea why it won't work. I was able to disable the double honk, auto start/stop and increase steering wheel temp. Did Ford do something to prevent adding Sport Mode on '22 models?
I am seeing the same issue. Have you had any luck figuring out how to make this work? Has anybody with a 2022 successfully added a GOAT mode?

I just added sport mode to my 2022 Badlands.

I had to buy the extended forscan license. Send a trouble ticket to forscan, and they sent an updated version that fixed the problem.

That is great news! Can you share the updated version?
I feel like the $10 it costs to get the extended license is more than fair for all the work Forscan does considering they give free licenses if you want. I'm sure the issue will be fixed in a future release if you would rather save the money and wait a little while.

I already have the extended license. I’m alway happy to pay for useful software. Did they provide you access to a beta version (or something like) that has a fix to make it work?

They provided a test version of Forscan. All you have to do is attempt the change in forscan then email the log file with the error and they will send you an updated version. They sent it the next day for me.

I've attempted adding the two remaining modes to my MY22 Outer Banks (Baja, Rock) to no avail, in the last week.

All of the target conditions and codes match up with the MY21 guidance, but applying the changes errors out within Forscan... throws messages regarding other aspects of the ABS module being disabled (i.e., pre-collision assist) when a 'writers attempted.

Not a Forscan guru, but I have the extended license (plus most recent build) and some success using the platform for F-150 mods, fwiw.

If anyone has found a workaround, all ears here!

This is great news! Did you use the same my21 ”x” from the spreadsheet on yours?
