i emailed dealer about missing 20,000 points and haven’t heard back yet.

Where is that screenshot from? I was a later reservation so per the OCD I didn’t think I’d qualify for the additional 20k points.

My dealer ordered the accessory I wanted right away (rocker panel trail armor) even though I said I wanted to use Ford Pass points A week+ before delivery. She checked to make sure they arrived at the parts dept yesterday, but said I can’t buy them with my points til they go through and that usually takes a couple days. But they had no issues making sure they had them ready for me to buy as soon as the points went through.

so maybe it is just me then, lol. maybe i'll ask about it again now that the car is closer to being here.

I mean mine is here and I have my points but when I called to order floor mats the service guy was just like oh yeah you need to talk to Renee to do the points but I’ll go ahead and get them ordered for you and just get with her to process the points…. No big deal, easy peasy. You already ordered a 50k~Vehicle and they’re gonna quibble over some floor mats?

It’s a Dec 22 AB. Oddly enough Dec 22 was my original planned blend date - so kinda neat that something still happened on 12/22 for my truck. I was hoping that date stuck initially as it is my stepdad’s birthday and I thought that was really cool! Haha.

Wait that means it’s a pre-Christmas engine build and we didn’t send cookies to the Lima plant….. LOL

So I"m on the phone with Geico now getting my insurance policy set up.....apparently they have a 7 year 100k mile bumper to bumper warranty with my coverage for an additional $140 a year....

That seems like a good deal? Better than the ford flood esp plan....

Nothing special on windshield glass but only a $50 deductible

I called again this morning to track my train and it said: Departed on Flat car (there is a piece I can't make out but I think it says "no preq scan or PA") feb 4 8:19AM

Is this it?! Does this mean it'll be at the dealership today?!

I got a similar response when it moved from one railyard to the next, like from CSX to NBSF.

The struggle is real in Chicago. another 1/3'r and I learned "what arrives at Blue Island, stays at Blue Island". It will eventually leave.

Our dealer offered us a ceramic coating, which we asked about, for $895. That's a low price for these parts, and I was concerned that either it would get done in-house by people who don't do them very often or it would be subbed out to the lowest bidder. So we are interviewing various shops in our area, from San Francisco to San Jose, which is rife with body shops, detailers, and vinyl & ceramic specialists. The most professional ones want to see the truck in order to talk options and do an estimate, but .......... touchy subject here in Rail Yard Limbo.

WOW, my dealer started at 3K out here in colorado and has came down to 2500, but i am a bit concerned that the 1st fender bender or rock scrape from 4X4, would render it not at 100% and it would be noticeable. have not had any experience in this area.

It’s funny bc I never saw a VB Bronco in person until I picked her up yesterday. I agree it looks even better in person.

I'm hoping I am not going to another railyard since the railyard in Conway is 25 miles from my dealership, I don't know that there is another closer.

Do you know what the code was when it was released to the dealership?
