A great company??? This is what I'd expect: A response, and then with the benefit of, "We'll include extended warranty on these builds so customers know we believe in our work, but just for peace of mind..."

I'd expect a rebate on the 21's that are going to be delivered after Q1 22...but we know that won't happen.

Who knows where my built 12/17/2021 Bronco is. I think Ford is hiring anybody with a DOT license and a trailer to haul Broncos.
Talked to two guys from Speedy Transportation who where delivering 3 broncos to my dealer Eagle River Ford. They had a F-250 pickup and a 3 car trailer. LOL

I would be about 80% less pissed off if Ford would just send me an email about what is going on, what the plan is moving forward and an actual timeframe for delivery. Things go wrong. I get it. But give me an explanation. I don’t understand the hiding by Ford.

Ford has to get their story together and a message out that will not spoke WallStreet. It's coming before 1st qtr. earnings I'd bet. I'm sure it will say orders up due to new innovative products that customers want, F-150 Lightning, Maverick, Raptor, etc., and sales are down due to supply chain, chips, etc. and that they have a recovery plan. Customers are important however shareholders come first.

the one i saw was "welcome to the ford family" idk why it pissed me off to see that comment don't cherry pick what you want to respond to. it's better to just stay quiet at that point.

Agree. If they are a representative of Ford they should be working with their Commnication team before they post on any forum.

I agree with that unless people have lived this crap it seems like small issues. Day after day of trading off our one old car gets me annoyed. Hours waiting for each other to get off work or wait while the other goes to an appointment. Yes the venting on this site does help I suppose.

I get what you are saying and I agree this situation affects some of us harder than others here. Your situation being harder than probably 99% here. But my reply was directed toward trying to get the outside media to get anyone outside of bronco buyers to give a shit that our 50k cars are being delayed a few months. No one outside our community will give a shit. Our anger and turmoil is contained within our small group.
