Thanks. I'm still stumped. I ran the numbers for What If <1 year (1st table) and What if almost 3 years. (2nd table). The price for a 3 yo car isn't all that much less. (Tho, of course it will be more 3y from now!) So if I can go almost 3y on the premium that comes standard, and not pay an additional premium, the question is still, why not wait?
In the immortal words of David Bryne " Stop making sense". Sounds like you have your answer. :)

On the one hand, thanks to whoever updated our build chart for me.
On the other hand, I really wanted to change my "Delivered" to "Y" and add the date myself 😢

Dude, I totally forgot about calling the moviefone.. that was legit a 20 minutes listening to showtimes.

I assume you have the CSX phone number programmed with all of the numbers and pauses so it becomes an automate response?
Ya, and if you missed it, you had to listen to it for another 20 mins. LOL...

I haven't yet because I don't have my Rail Car number yet, but for sure will program it like that in my phone.

Hey y’all, my wife and I have a house in Boerne, Tx that we have on Airbnb/VRBO and managed by Backroads Reservations. This is our hill country vacation home and we stay here on regular basis. It’s about 15min from Boerne, 30min from Luckenbach (yep, a real place) and 45min from Fredericksburg (wine country). The home is private and sits on 5 fenced ac. Dogs welcome but we do have lots of deer that jump onto the property so that can be tempting for dogs. (No hunting, don’t kill my 🦌) I also have a large garage/workshop that I will open up to any Bronco ppl. Link below, scroll down in the link for more pictures. Found a better pic, my Yukon in my shop!!

No, no! This New England-born girl longs for snow! Here, we have to drive 5 hours to Tahoe. Snow is something that is supposed to come to you, not you to it!
I want enough snow to make it worth it...we just have enough to make people act like fools 😂 all or nothing!!

Hello friends,
I’ve had my Bronco for 5 days now, so I’d like to share my first impressions and some pics:

-The Bronco feels much bigger in person. I was worried I was going to be missing out on the Sasquatch package. I’m not an off-roader, so I couldn’t justify getting it even though I initially wanted it. I’m coming off driving an 03 Honda Accord and an 06 Ford Escape, so this is an upgrade in size for sure. I might get some beefier tires in the future, but no regrets on my build for my purposes.
-I’ve been driving in snow and icy conditions in neighborhoods and country roads and the Bronco has been a champ. The interstate has been cleared, so I’ve been using ECO mode to and from work but also have played around with sport mode
-We've had subzero temps in the mornings earlier this week, and the soft top has been better at retaining heat than expected. I am still getting use to the road/wind noise. I’m counting down the days until spring and the top will be back as much as possible!
-I hated auto start/stop at first, but I am already use to it. I probably won’t bother disabling it.
-I took a risk ordering the roast cloth and I absolutely love it.
-My dealer made the buying process extremely quick and painless. We were in and out in about 30minutes. No ADM, no BS. Yoder Ford in Garrett, IN. I highly recommend them.
-You will absolutely break some necks when you finally get your Bronco. I’ve gotten several thumbs ups 👍🏻

Specs:
OBX, 4dr, soft top, 2.3L auto, roast cloth interior, mid package, mod bumper, floor mats and cargo area protector

I like this option. I hope my dealer will match the price.. I have it all printed out and ready.
I got mine within $100 of Flood. The finance guy told me the system physically wouldn’t let him take off the $100 otherwise he would’ve matched. Said he has no idea how they’re able to offer that price.

I’m probably way behind because I just drove her back from Mobile. Averaged 14.7 mpg so not great but mostly highway.

Mullinax Ford was awesome to work with. I generated my pin and they honored x-plan pricing and then reduced the price with the price protection. I thought that was only if I placed an order in 21’ and not just an early reservation. Either way I accepted it. I had plans to do the OCD checklist but that went out the window. I was happy with price things looked and drove fine and that’s why their is a warranty. I’ll go through everything tomorrow during daylight.

it drives great, sits high, soft top is quiet under 60 and perfectly acceptable for me on the interstate. The tires are stupid quiet. My KO2’s used to sing on my old SUV.

I felt way cooler than I should have and happy she is in the garage.

Update: Apparently I don’t know train lingo & it keeps changing. I thought final destination meant the dealership but it means the rail yard. Saying the 31st now. I believe next week will be when I get it. It’s crazy how the time & are different each day??

Yay! My Bronco arrived in San Antonio tonight at Union Pacific. I’ve been tracking like a crazy person! Should be at the dealership in New Braunfels on the 30th, early in the morning! So I’m totally getting it next week! 🥳🥳 Estimated delivery date is 2/2.

@squints679 - Check this out..train buddy!

Not that y’all are questioning my level of crazy, however I can tell you for a fact the tracker on United Road does work. I noticed that the truck was at a truckstop just a couple miles down the road and Yep there she is.

Lucky! Mine is coming to San Antonio as well, but I think it is still hanging out in Michigan. Unless they stuck it on a train and didn’t update that. But I doubt that.
