I am doing it in hopes I can track it from MAP. Once its shipped, I would be happy, but using an app to track it is so much easier and 2022 than calling an 800 number for an automated response like the 90's when you called MovieFone to get showtimes at a theater.

Dude, I totally forgot about calling the moviefone.. that was legit a 20 minutes listening to showtimes.

I assume you have the CSX phone number programmed with all of the numbers and pauses so it becomes an automate response?

A fitting day for WildTrak delivery. It was much warmer when we made the call to the dealer from Wanchese Harbor at the tiki bar on 7-6-2020 & said we must have one. 50 miles on the odometer in the snow so far. I fn love this thing. Very happy. Didn't stay clean long. Lol. Maybe 2 miles.

Preach. I was called this week about it my car arriving. Psyched, but then it only seemed like a ploy to get me to finance. Generally good interaction, this time around ordering (my second, walked away from the first due to outrageous ADM). I just expressed to somebody else how this process seemed to terrible, nothing positive about it. In the dark, stranded at a rail station, watching obnoxious Bronco Sports, which I irrationally hate, all over the place.

This whole experience has been really bad and it could have been a blast.

I see it all of the time as a PM and sadly it tales so very little to improve an obliviously flawed process and make improvement that would make so very many happy (including all of us!!!!)

I'll write more of the dealer experience later but for right now Beach Ford in Virginia Beach is the best dealership experience I've ever had bar none.

They far exceeded any of my expectations and were an absolute pleasure to do business with.

What did you mean by "flood ford pricing" on the warranty?

They offer warranties at discounted prices. My dealer was easily 3x the price until I showed him their pricing .

Stuck on "in production" since 1/10. First estimated delivery date was 1/22 now that has been moved to 2/01. Wonder if they'll push it back again!!! *Fingers crossed*

Ugh ...so frustrated ...I've called CS twice and was given the same info that my Bronco had been "produced" and that the ETA was 1/29-2/4. I just called to see if it had shipped yet and was told it is still "in production". What? I told her what I had been told before and she apologized for someone giving me bad info but said it was scheduled to be finished tomorrow. I asked if she knew the hold-up and she said there was no info other than it should be done tomorrow. I do have the towing package ...so based on what others have been saying perhaps that is holding it up? I already applied for financing so hopefully it doesn't get delayed too much longer.

I hope that is true and for all of us stuck. Is the pizza tracker the shop.ford site link from our email? That site don't work for me much, random times, clearing cookies etc and other browsers.
