Im still in line for the hard luck award… a little over 4 hours from MAP… I have been tempted to drive over and… well… that’s where the thought ends… not much to do at this point other than continue to patiently await.

just got an email from my dealer… anticipated delivery date bumped from week of 23 January to week of 6 February.

… bummer on one hand… on the other, it’s near 0 degrees here this week… so may be a bit warmer in a couple weeks?!?!

Someone from the 1/25 group just started a thread....microchip delay. Says their Dealer status shows that as the reason.

Thanks for that. I actually had been communicating with Ron since we are both being delivered to Columbus. Why is all news bad news (unless from your dealer/salesperson) these days?

Do you know your number in the production line? we are the same date, 1/6 , I am listed at 396 of 676 according to my window sticker

So my poor dealer just got probably a four page email. I am just so frustrated not knowing why my Bronco is just sitting at MAP when CS admitted it was built, did pass QC and still won’t be shipped for over a week more. In snooping around a little with the trains I know some have already gone through my stop in Delaware after it was already built. In that email I wanted them to confirm once again that I will only be paying MSRP, threw in some of the OCD checklist, mentioned they better credit the $100 reservation fee I paid Ford even though they told me I would have to work that out with them(???) and brought up I know about the customer satisfaction fund. Let’s see what they come back with. O was very nice about the whole thing, I know in the grand scheme of things waiting a few more weeks is no big deal, but damn I want my baby or at least know it’s on its way!!! Oh and I have to sell my current car and can’t do that until I have a little more of a clue. Ok, rant done

i am right there with you. Our delivery date was 1/22 but we were built 1/7-1/8-ish per window sticker. No trackers have ever updated past “in production 1/7”. I called ford cs today, last week and the week before. All 3 times was told it is done and passed inspection just waiting for delivery. Dealerships around us have taken bronco deliveries for people in same build week as us. All the while when i call salesman, he says he cant see anything other than what we can see. But ford tells me my dealer has more info. This morning our est delivery date changed to 2/11. I sent my salesman a long message and his response was ford is telling us something different, it is still in production. I have repeadtly asked ford and my dealer if there is a different department we can talk to to get a concrete answer. And the answer is no.
I am happy for all the people who have gotten their broncos already, but i am angry for all those who got defective ones, those who have been reservation holders from day 1 and nothing yet and certainly for us who have gotten nothing but the run around. And I feel bad for the people who are ordering lightenings and bronco raptors not knowing how much ford has botched this process and thinking they will get them in a reasonable time.

Is anyone being told a reason why their delivery is getting pushed back? We havent been told anything by our dealer and ford cs just tells us it is built, passed inspection and waiting for delivery (for 3 weeks now).

I heard back from my dealer from my crazy rant email last night and he was awesome. Confirmed once again I will just be paying MSRP; will be doing a thorough inspection when it is delivered; has zero clue why my Bronco has been built for awhile and is just sitting at MAP; confirmed they do have the “funds” and won’t be able to give the full $1000 but will give me some to offset the cost of upgrading my tires to bigger ones and will install prior to pickup. So overall, very impressed with the response. But where is my damn Bronco?!

I chose to go with Roush. Not sure if that was the best decision I've ever made. I think the allocation for them was low.

My husband was talking with a random dude in a 2 door Black Diamond the day before Thanksgiving...Roush offered him 10k to not take delivery of it

just got email from dealer "I think today is the day. If it is, it will depend on what time they arrive to see if we can deliver today or not. It has to go through an inspection process and get cleaned up. "

he knows only to contact me when has been given solid information so I think this is it.

Nice! Hope it shows up for ya. Mine unfortunately didn't show up yesterday (Latest ETA), but I am hopeful for today or tomorrow. Has the United Road tracker updated at all? Curious if it might have changed to "In Route" or something of that nature. Like we mentioned before, I doubt it will.

Anytime you change to a smaller antenna you will loss reception. unless you are in the area of the station.

How does that make any sense? Wouldn't the innovativeness of a smaller antenna be that you can swap it out and still get the same reception?! Anyone could make a smaller antenna with poorer reception than the larger one.
