[3/21 update - RESOLVED] transmission was replaced and have bene driving for over a week and no issues. couldn't get rca - specifically what tore the seal. all i was told is defective part. dealership was great - dropped off 2/17 - picked up 3/10 - and was given fully loaded F150 as loaner.

Price protection, reservation, and deposit should have been deducted when you took delivery. Sounds a bit suspect to me...
