Price protection update: My salesman texted me yesterday to say the certificate finally showed up and that Ford would be sending me a check for the $825 since my purchase was already complete.
Got mine applied to the PO so I'll be getting $975 off the purchase price. Actually working out pretty smoothly. I have the all the details worked out and even got competitive money for a trade, discounted ESP warranty, and below invoice pricing.
I am a happy camper. :)🏕

So to get me to stop thinking about my delivery, I’ve been looking up things I want for my Bronco. The biggest one, a hard top.

I’ve seen a few different post and videos (nothing official) that people are being told by dealers that the hard tops will be between $7,500-$9,500! Mostly because of shipping cost. What do you guys think?? Have you heard any different prices.

I’m curious to see @advfiberglass roof availability and pricing

This is why I stuck with the 2DR and the MIC top. I figured it was going to be cheaper to get a soft top than a hard top.
Good Luck.

Unfortunately vin is not found on the Pals app.
United Road has info but when I called them they said that Ford sends Vin# to several logistic companies but as it shows inactive they may not be the supplier or it’s just not ready
Oh, that's good to know. So it may just be a ghost status, I'm in the same boat as you with the lack of actual status info and was sorta hanging my hat on that inactive changing to pending pick up in United. I guess it'll be a call to the dealership tomorrow, thanks

I know mine is in the railyard and shows 'Inactive. UR has the contract because my dealer has a bunch of vehicles waiting for pick up. Once it show active I'm on the phone to the dealer to get it picked up.

I totally understand, I forgot about it until someone brought it up in another group I’m with.
I believe you can use it for accessories and services, but double check.

Don’t forget to share more pictures 😎
Yeah my dealer was saying something about Ford Pass points getting added to the account. I believe $200 or something like that that can be used towards accessories. I’ve been trying to activate it on the app but been having some issues they said it may take a few days.

I plan on taking a ride out to Maine maybe next month so I’m hoping to get some great shots then!! Hopefully some little adventures here and there before then though, it’sdifficult to not want to drive this thing everywhere lol

It has a load number but no order ID. The associate said that when there’s no order ID they haven’t had the confirmation that they have the job

Ok, so did a little digging and playing around on the United site and i do not see any order ID's even for delivered vehicles. It seems that the Load ID is the main tracking number, so it's possible she may have been confused or maybe they don't always convert to order ID's. I grabbed this one F-150 vin, unfortunately i can't get a screenshot cause incognito mode won't let me and my United link only works in incognito. But this is the VIN of that F-150 if you wanna check it out 1FTEW1EP3NKD30937

So if your vin shows up as inactive on their website they are definitely going to be the company to pick it up from the rail yard and deliver it to the dealer?

The United road site needs a login. How do you get one of those?
just created an account. I think it was all pretty straightforward on their website.

How do you track via train if you don’t have a window sticker? How else would you get a rail car #?

My Dealer rep got me the railcar number. They have that info if you ask.
