The CSX one is the only one that worked for me. I simply can not get the others to understand CTTX. I've given up trying at this point. Oh well, hopefully I'll get an update from our dealer next week too.

I am also in the same production hell……the online ford stuff is just not happening….pizza tracker, back door tracker….mod’s….nothing has popped. However the dealer did text me and tell me the vehicle was built and on the ramp for shipping…..maybe it shows up the end of this month. On a positive note I drove a Wildtrack yesterday at an off-road park in Colorado Springs…I was impressed with the vehicle….I would say on the simple obstacles that Ford allowed me to try it did great….would my Jeep do all of the same obstacles with ease of course.

I’m in the same boat - delivery date was 1/13 but on 1/13 adjusted to 1/30. Saving grace is that PalsApp updated on 1/15 to show origin of cottage grove (train yard) instead of Wayne MI plant. Also has destination as the dealer. Still says pending, but dealers up in MN are closed on Sunday so hoping for early pickup tomorrow morning?Explain this if you can?

Unfortunately vin is not found on the Pals app.
United Road has info but when I called them they said that Ford sends Vin# to several logistic companies but as it shows inactive they may not be the supplier or it’s just not ready
It has a load number but no order ID. The associate said that when there’s no order ID they haven’t had the confirmation that they have the job
Keypad input is the only way to go. The voice recognition system and I could never get on the same page.
