Perhaps I can send back my Bronco flag to Ford in exchange for the certificate. No idea what I'm going to do with that flag.Price protection is more miss than hit. Check out the screenshots in this post for the best info I've seen on the program to date. Technically, FoMoCo is supposed to provide eligible customers with a physical direct mail "Certificate". If your experience is like mine (and several others), the dealer will not be able to process the claim without the number on said mythical certificate.
Sounds like @knownhuman and perhaps others have dealers that are willing to front the protection and fight Ford for the claim on the behalf of their customers - but I would not expect that to be the norm based on my experience.

It was basically a fund that Ford put for anybody who had a reservation before September of 21. The memo stated up to $1,000 per customer. The issue is dealers are getting nowhere near that amount per customer. So it's all dependent on the dealer and your relationship with them I guess. I would definitely ask them about it.What is the customer satisfaction fund for? Is everyone eligible? I got lost looking at the list and who gets what.

When i ordered i never got a signed DORA, so a month before my scheduled production date i went in to ask them if they were gonna screw me over so i could just give up hope then lol. I decided to ask about it at the same time. it's mentioned on the OCD checklist, and even mentions how the dealers can find it. Only one person at my dealership knew what i was talking about.Ahhh OK. No looks like it’s at your dealer.Well I guess this means I am oh so close. Last check it had not arrived as of yet. They supposed to call me. Seems awful fast from 1/10 mods popping and "Built" to delivery. To they put you in this status when they park them outside prepared to ship?![]()
