Try this Cassens Transport I was able to find my dealer by searching for them. If you find them, you can see what's been delivered but not whats coming. So I don't know if it's really helpful TBH.

I call CSX; which is a different number; appears to be same info.

I have a different # for CSX but I assumed once it was transferred to a different train system, I would need to call a different # ? Maybe I should call CSX again.

Good news to those in shipping limbo:

I had a blend date of 1/4, build date of 1/6. I received no updates to the pizza tracker or PalsApp but this morning the backdoor link showed my status as Shipped. I live a few minutes from the dealership so I drove over just to check it out, and sure enough my Bronco was sitting on the lot! Interior is still covered in plastic wrap, so looks like it just got dropped off.

For reference, my estimated delivery here in Northern VA was 1/17 - 1/23. PalsApp and pizza tracker still show no updates.

That's the magic I'm talking about!

Trackers updated overnight to “built” on 1/12. I promised I was not going to look today. Glad I did.

Congrats, you had the same blend date as I did, 1/5. Hopefully this means good news for the rest of us that are pending in production.

My point is that no one should be frustrated about anything; just roll with it and move on.

Some of y’all are driving your 2022’s while those before you are waiting for built confirmations on 2021’s.

Of course life isn’t fair. I am super excited for all those moving along in the process and love participating in this thread. It is just frustrating to be one stuck in the trenches or limbo. Still cheering everyone on and also commiserating with The other peeps who are feeling the frustration.

I’m struggling to understand how I can track a $10 item from Amazon from order to pick to ship to delivery at my doorstep… sometimes with a picture of it on my porch… and they do this with millions of items customers and deliveries per day…however Ford produces a few thousand products a day valued in the tens of thousands… delivers to distributors not individual homes and tracking is haphazard at best…

It IS a valid point. Their trackers try to keep you UTD but they seem very unreliable and at best, delayed. They also have 3 of them so I feel like they could merge to one and have it be a bit more reliable.
