Yikes. So for anyone who lives where rust is a thing, you will want to watch this video. I have taken my Wildtrack to a very high end restoration shop to see about rust treatment suggestions after noticing significant rust with less than 300 miles on the odometer. I'm pretty confident that you'll be impressed with this video - not so impressed with what Ford has done to keep Broncos from rusting.

Now mine was only on DM for a little over 3 months but I definitely had some like this also. I'm not too fussed as the first thing I did upon divery was got it undercoated with a wax based compound.

I live in the Salt belt so it's almost a requirement if wanting to keep a frame alive for over 15yrs.

That's because Dana cheated. They were to coat frames 2x, only did 1x. I had my 03 Taco condemned, and then my 08 Tundra got recalled, taken apart, and recoated.

My estimated delivery changed from 1/13 to 1/10 which is good, but I have an ice fishing trip next week so even if it gets delivered on Monday, I won’t be able to pick it up until 1/22.

I feel like all the signs are there for me to just surrender my order to Granger.

I’m also pretty sure that after I get it, the 2.7 will blow up on me. If that happens, I’m going to set up a go fund me to cover my loan and then blow it up like the guy that just blew up his Tesla and stream it for the world to see.

Another quality control question for those who have taken delivery, and sorry to those that still haven’t… did anyone else notice markings in the driver window permanently etched into the glass? I see them anytime there is few on the window, so most of the time here in Florida.

The “w-537Q” on the driver window can still be seen. Nothing so far has been able to remove it. And yes, I’ve already notified the dealer of a potential warranty claim to replace the glass since I can prove Ford did it.
