I have the Rough Country tailgate reinforcement and spare relocation installed with my X-Rack. No problems at all!

We have not tested it, but it looks like it is flat and would accommodate our mount which goes right behind the stock spare tire carrier. However it is hard to tell how much of an angle the support has on the right side. You need about 2" flat next to the tire carrier to fit our bracket. I hope that helps. If you ordered a set of just the brackets you can test it, if it does not fit we would send you a shipping return label at our expense. If you decide to keep it, you can add the deck and we will offer you a 20% discount.
