So today I was changing the oil on my 23 bronco and noticed a wire touching the belt.
You guys might want to check yours out to make sure you don't have the same problem.
You can see on the pictures that the harness need to be replaced or fixed.

I'll be taking it to the dealership on Monday for them to figure out how they want to fix it.

I used a Zip-tie to get it away from the belt.

This must be a 2.7 thing, my 2.3 looks nothing like that. I just went out to check.

This was an issue early on with the 2.7. I zip tied mine before ever leaving the dealers lot. I think Ford ended up putting a clip or something, but a zip tie will surface. Just kept an eye on it as they become brittle over time 🤠
