To anyone saying they don't need this, I got my bronco in ~oct 2021 and this week was the first time I experienced the wiper issue. So if you think you're not affected, you are!

Ford has a new program and they came to ny house at 8am to pick up the truck and I had it back at 12 noon.they said it was a software update and all us good now

Hey sorry to dig this post up but did you watch the mobile tech do the update? If so can you describe the tools used and the process? Did you request mobile service or did your dealer suggest it? Thanks!
