Windshield Camera Cover Removal (behind the rear view mirror)

Before I just attack this thing with a plastic pry bar does anyone know the correct method of removing the windshield Camera cover? I'll be tapping into that harness tomorrow to do some Comma 3x experimentation.

FitCamX did a good short on youtube. It does take some force to get it off otherwise pretty easy.
