Window Molle Panels... roof bolt access???

Looking at window molle panels (particularly for a 2 door) and it looks like most, if not all, have the roof mounting bolts between the molle panel and the glass. How do you access the bolts to remove/reinstall the roof? Remove the panels? Am I missing something? Are there any offerings that move the panels closer to the glass and have the bolts on the interior of the panels?

@Mountains2Metal designed theirs so that you can reach behind them on the rearmost bolts and left a cutout for the front one. It also helps to pair them with the rockworkz bolt replacements. Links below

Just put a bunch of tape on the handle of your ratchet so you don't smack the window with bare metal. Ask me how I know. Other than that, it's all pretty easy.
