In your position for the things you want to do, sounds like Wildtrac. I don't want the squatch, so it is Badlands for me.
I don’t want squatch or cloth seats.

not quite sure what your asking....Sasquatch?...I just don't feel I need it. I like the 33's on my current vehicle. Badlands with the 33's will get me anywhere I have a business of trying to get to.

Hipster?...I grew up in the 60's and 70's, I was hipster before hipster was ever cool.
Being a hipster is still not cool.

This (minus the white) I don’t think people understand there is a plug for draining under the carpet..... full agree about the winch, really really don’t like the look of the one to add to the steel bump
There isn’t a plug for draining beneath the carpet. That only comes with the BD and BL. Other trims all have holes for drainage.

The WT is supposed to be the "Baja" version but dont they fit it with mud/rock tires like all the other sasquatch tires rather than sand tires?

Uhmmmm ok..... you can wash out and drain is the point. We will see if Ford follows the category and makes the carpet very easy to remove. Best of both worlds and don’t forget a thin layer of liner can be added as well

Well, you were listing a feature that isn’t there. A lot of people don’t seem to understand this. ??‍♂

I just built a Badtrak with everything except sound deadening (apparently not available with 2.7) and it is $1200 more than a Wildtrak spec'd the same way. I really don't want medium sandstone tho. Dilemma dilemma.

According to the ford guy at super cel east, the carpet is not easy to remove. But there are passive drains still under the carpet. BL has both the active and passive drains.

IMHO this is now a no brainer unless you want to rock the MIC with black accents.... interior options on both are shockingly limited....

Was going to go WT, but man, that interior is just not it.

Even though I'm not planning on rock crawling or any crazy off-roading, Badlands fits everything else I'm looking for.

Same here. That "director of interior" needs to go back to school.
