I changed my Raptor wheels to ICON alloys. Never thought Ford put a wheel on any of their trucks that I actually liked. The SAS wheels, I'm keeping. I think my rig looks just about right out of the box. Maybe a level kit.

SAS wheels are very heavy. You can find some wheels 5-10 pounds lighter.

Titan7 wheels (forged) come in at 20.6 pounds on my scale. I run these on my Raptor. Bronco application is coming.

factory SAS wheels are high quality, hub centric and have the offset that matches the flares. You can turn them into real Beadlocks easily.

Even the aftermarket wheels are pretty boring to me these days... all black or bronze
Is the trend.

i went a bit wild, but I can change my true Beadlocks rings to any color powder coat I can find

I kept my stock wheels and put new tires on them. The 18" wheels make for expensive tires it seems, so some may go to a 17 for more options and cost effectiveness. I considered it but like the wheels on the truck, personally. I think lots of people want the offset so they have a good amount of poke outside the fender for that wider look.

As i have a Base, I'm changing to 17"s because the tire selection for 17's is HUGE ... and for the looks.

Actually, if the Base wheel was wider so I could get a wider tire, I'd keep them.
I'd totally rock the silver steelie look.

Ideally, a silver version of the Black Diamond wheels would be awesome, silver , steel AND 17 and wider!

I drove a demo model, and found that the cornering on pavement was affected by the tire roll, which is related to the amount of sidewall. Someone who drives mostly on pavement, and likes to take turns fast, might want less sidewall. Although the Bronco is made for off road, and more sidewall absorbs bumps better, especially when deflated a bit (which also improves traction in sand when you get below 20 psi), some people may use theirs differently and want less sidewall.

We were born within a week of each other, but your reading comprehension isn't my problem. I called her a girl even though we were both at least 21 at the time because of her immature behaviors.

TrailReady machined some wheels for me... Hub centric +19mm offset (so they don't poke out too much)... You can pick your poison on the rings/colors etc. I have two valve stems, one for TPMS and one for the Monster Valves. You don't have to go as bright as I did on the powder coating...
