is there a chance that this date is also a "generous" ETA and that the truck could be released for delivery sooner?

Mine would be going on a month of sitting there from the 7/13 blend to my 8/12 Dealer ETA as of right now.
Highly unlikely. But anything is certainly possible.

Hate to be a “Debi Downer” but I think all the information on this forum about how the tracker works is just people guessing incorrectly.
The ONLY source of truth is Ford, and they have chosen to go silent for reasons unknown other then them being up to their ass in alligators.

My BL blend date was 6/28 and is still there in the black hole. Two days ago on 7/26/21 it updated with an est delivery date of 7/12/21. What?! No build date, no ship date, & nothing in the shipping site. That tells me that the info in the tracker is useless & all you can do is wait.
The real issue is Ford’s communication to customers & dealers which is abysmal at best.

I couldn't agree more with you. I think we are all just super anxious to get our vehicle and want to figure out how to track it and cut some corners so we know its coming but we really wont know until its on the actual train or truck to the dealership. I just hope I don't run into the same situation as a lot of others and have to wait for almost a month and then they decide to ship it out.

I agree. If the hold up is a chip issue (which would be perfectly understandable since everyone else in the world seems to be having issues) say so. My sense is most will calm down (they may not like it but as a known issue it would be accepted). The silence from Ford, and comments on threads here that dealers and other Ford Reps are denying its a chip issue, leaves the only option for me (I do not have a MIC top) that they messed something up on my build and need to fix it (which does make me nervous). A delivery was posted on this site and that person is about an hour away and with a build date after me. Great for him but leaves me scratching my head.

Still no built or delivery date information, but my window sticker updated from 7/21 to 7/27 at the bottom. It has updated a few times and usually correlates with some sort of action. Not completely sure what it has to do with anything though. We shall see.

I agree as well! I mean I dont have the MIC top and am wondering what the hold up is. I dont have tow package and no sasquatch so I'm wondering if its a chip or if they didnt build something right. I wish the same thing that Ford would just tell us or our dealer whats going on. I'm totally okay waiting longer for delivery if my vehicle is 100% made right. Don't leave us hanging!

I’m in southern AZ and my ETA was 19 days. But my dealer said they usually arrive a lot sooner than the ETA
Do you have your railcar info? We may be on the same train.

Maybe they are working on getting earlier builds released before ours (understandably). I know we have seen people from our build week and the week before already get their Broncos delivered, but there are many many people with June build dates still waiting from when their Broncos to be released. My dealer is still waiting for their 2 Door Mannequin that was built June 18th to be released. They are certainly up to their ass in alligators with multiple outside factors hindering them. I don't know their logic with these releases and even though people will say other wise. Ford Motor Company knows what they are doing. Its unfortunate but I am remaining patient. For now at least. With a two door build I am just expecting the worst and hoping for the best with my delivery. Won't stop me from checking me email compulsively though. (This is me speaking out loud to myself)

I have no official updates on any of The Trackers or the Pal's page. I'll call my dealer again today since he's off tomorrow to see if we're still set for delivery this weekend. And I hope he says yep LOL

Unfortunately, I have to agree; seems like just so much wishful thinking regarding Ford's vehicle tracker. Like many, I have an "In Production" date, no "Built" date, and the tracker populated with an Delivery Est earlier this week. I don't know what day the delivery est landed, I stopped checking the tracker daily, because, frankly, I'M REALLY TIRED OF Ford's GOAT RODEO.

If I'm to believe that 8/23 is the date Ford "estimates" my truck will be released and ready for shipping, then that's fully 6 weeks after it was built. And I am prepared to acknowledge that 8/23 will come and go and I will not have heard anything from Ford and my truck will still be 'status unknown'.

I'm a couple weeks from plan B.
If this thing is ever delivered, I'll take a test drive, really test the clearance, let it rip on the highway, really make the salesman clench his cheeks.
Then politely tell him to shove the thing up Levine's ass. 👍

Another day, another empty inbox.

As many expressed here, the growing frustration is palpable. Myself included. To have a built rig and have it sit in a lot somewhere? And for what? No one knows since @Ford Motor Company decided to go radio silent on it's customers. A simple email saying "Sorry fam, we screwed up and ran into issues with _______, it's being corrected as we speak and you should see movement _____."

I don't think that's asking too much, Ford. I'm sure we can take whatever the reason is, rather than letting wild speculation be the name of the game.

I don't know, just sucks. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't looking at other options at this point.
