Hey Everyone.
I'm Looking for some help with eliminating/lessening the wind whistle i'm currently dealing with any speed over 30mph. As you can see in the photo I have a @TrailRax rack with a Roam Rugged case/mounts in the front and Roam RTT. The Rugged mounts have 1/2in spacers underneath to accommodate the 90 angle of the racks side rails to make the Rugged Mounts Flush. The noise only comes when the Rugged Case is in place. When its off there is no whistling. I've reached out to ROAM and they say it's the spacers causing the wind whistle noise and when I reached out to TrailRax they just told me that its common and that people often tend not to have there case mounted when not overlanding or needing it because of the noise. Either one has provided a solution, thats why im here im asking the masses.
All help would be appreciated. Thank you.
