Update need help Unusual noise after revving, help!

Funny you ask. I did take it to the dealer once, and they said it was a Turbo valve. I don't recall the exact name. But they were replacing it when they replaced it. It still does the same thing. So that was a few months back. I just got the oil changed and had the dealer. Check it again because it's still there. And this time they said they checked it with another Bronco, and it makes the same noise, so they said it's normal. What kind of questioning it now? But this was just last week.
