im looking at a set of tires one is 32.6 and 11 inches wide.The other is 33.2 and only 10.5 wide.The 33.2 inch tires wieght is 15 lbs more per tire then the 32.6.So which tire would be better!

Bob, IMHO that small amount of weight probably won't make much difference. If it were me I would focus more on the quality of the tire. I've looked at so many different tires for my Bronco I don't know which end is up. 
Better for what?
The smaller tire should provide better acceleration on the street.
Bigger tire would look cooler.

15 lbs difference is VERY significant.

As soon as you change from the OEM size you may run into problems. Non SAS is P255/70-18 which run around 32" diameter depending on brand. Are you going up or down in wheel size or going just for a different tread pattern?
